- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I normally dont write reviews as too busy to do so. I am giving 1 star as there is no option for 0 start. Terrible customer service. Receptionists are just terrible. Keep chatting. I checked in 12:38 for 12:40 appointment. There is no patient in practice. Receptionist Bridget is telling me there are 4 patients ahaed of me so has to wait. I asked where they are and she says have gone for wander. If there are no patients sitting and waiting why would you make me wait for patients to come back and not put me ahead? Current time is 12:55 and no patients have arrived. I am leaving frustrated from here and never coming back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
